1. Cylinders are provided on a free loan to the Customer for the Free Loan Period set out below. The Free Loan Period starts on delivery of the Cylinder to the Delivery Location.
2. If the Customer does not return a Cylinder during the Free Loan Period then the Customer will pay a monthly rental charge per Cylinder for each complete month following the Free Loan Period.
3. If the Customer does not return a Cylinder by the end of the Additional Loan Period the Customer will pay a non-return charge in respect of that Cylinder.
4. The current Cylinder rental charge and non-return charge rates are set out below, these may be changed from time to time by the Company in writing.
5. All rental charges and non-return charges are non-refundable.
6. Cylinder statements are issued monthly at Customer’s request.
7. If the customer declares the bottle as lost during any loan period then Fixxy will apply the 12 months’ rent plus the cylinder non return charge.
